About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I obtained my MA in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University in 2017.

Since entering the mental health field, I have worked extensively with people experiencing chronic shame, difficulties with boundaries & healthy communication, challenging family relationships, trauma, and those navigating grief and loss. I also have considerable experience in providing both individual and group therapy to parents and partners of people struggling with addictions.

My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered and flexible. I primarily integrate Compassion Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness to provide a solid foundation for change.
